Tim Lam

Tim Lam is the owner and manager of Pho Que Huong Vietnamese Restaurant at 10051 Magnolia Avenue in Riverside (near the Galleria). Mr. Lam was born in Saigon and left Vietnam in 1979. He arrived in the U.S. in 1980, after spending eighteen months in a refugee camp in Malaysia. He lives in Orange County and commutes to Riverside. He opened the restaurant in 1993, which specializes in pho, a beef noodle soup. Mr. Lam is especially good at remembering his customers' preferences!
